Your position and waiting time update as the day moves. Need to change it? Reschedule keeps the whole thread, so nobody loses the history.
What we do not do
Your booking history is not a public record.
A review on Qjolly carries the rating, the words and the reviewer’s name — and nothing that ties a person to a salon visit on a date. That is deliberate, it is enforced on the server, and there is a test that fails if it ever stops being true.
